Change Your
Longevity Trajectory™

Be Honest

There are two charts below that I want you to look at very closely. We often speak about lifespan, but a more important topic is healthspan. Where do you think you fall on either of these charts?

SAD - Also known as the Standard American Diet

is a modern dietary pattern eaten by American adults and children in the United States. It has long-term, damaging health consequences, and consists of ultra-processed foods, added sugar, fat, and sodium. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and lean protein are greatly lacking in this diet.

I don’t know about you, but I have no intention of spending my Golden Years living at doctor’s offices and popping pills. I want to spend those years playing with grandchildren, traveling, and using the heck out of that hard-earned retirement on fun things, not medical bills!

“You save for retirement to enjoy life and not run out of money before you die. Have you been investing in your health? Running out of healthspan before you die leaves you and your retirement vulnerable.”
— Amanda-Jo, The Boomer Nutritionist™

There’s Another Way!

You can change your health investment strategy.

Not only is there a 10-year increase in lifespan on this chart, but look at the increase in healthspan!

When looking at remote cultures with traditional diets, we don’t see the slow chronic disease-ridden dying process as we see here in the industrialized world. The aging populations in those cultures are full of vigor until that quick and steep decline into the end of their lives. That’s how it should be for all of us.

And to think, something as simple as diet, the foods you consume, can bring about this amount of lifespan, and healthspan, increase.

The Boomer Nutritionist™ is on a mission to get as many people as possible off the SAD diet killing our population. We feel the best way to accomplish that task is to get personalized meal plans into the hands of the wisest people walking this earth.

That’s you, Boomer! Your commitment to lifestyle change can alter the future of the next generations. What better legacy can you leave than one of robust health? You might leave finances for your beneficiaries, but if they haven’t learned, by your example, how to eat healthfully, won’t that money still end up in the hands of a hospital?

      Hi! I’m Amanda-Jo, The Boomer Nutritionist™.

I could keep it professional and plaster my resume all over this site, i.e., be lame.
But who has time for that? Let’s hit the good stuff!

This Texas girl has had a passion for nutrition and has studied it for more years than she will disclose. I have used nutrition to restore my personal health, and I saw, firsthand, the power of nutrition when my father-in-law was battling cancer.

You could say I’m pretty passionate about this stuff, and I am on a mission to get a meal plan into the hands of every Baby Boomer I can. You see, my parents are Boomers, and my in-laws were Boomers.

      I don’t like that word – were.

I want to keep each Boomer I can from being a were. I want you to be an are!

If you are ready to be an are for decades to come, I hope you will check out this site. I have made this super easy for you – like way easy and way cheap. Because you Boomers like value.

      So don’t wait!

Do it for the Gram! Oops, let me try that again. Do it for the Fam – ily! I tried.

A few quick things – I like to joke. My sense of humor tends to be dry. I say what I’m thinking, but it’s always out of love.

Well, that’s enough about me. I would love to hear about you and what brought you here if you feel so inclined. Send an email anytime you like! info@theboomernutritionist.com
